The Cliff Bungalow Townhouses are five, three-storey, 2500 sq.ft. townhouses in an inner-city Calgary residential neighbourhood.

The townhouses are designed as a series of brick ‘towers’ which distinguish the development by tying into the historic brick character of the neighbourhood. The buildings are three storeys, however the third floor is recessed from the building face to act as a penthouse and reduce the impact of the building’s height on the street. The interior plan was designed as an open concept to maximize space and flexibility of use. The upper two floors are adaptable according to the varying needs of the occupants of each unit. Some have main bedrooms on the second floor with third-floor studios; others have guest or children’s accommodation on the second floor, and a main penthouse bedroom on the third with skyline views.
